Delivery is 24/7 and usually within minutes.

If you haven’t received your product key/token, our fraud prevention system is waiting for a human operator to approve your order. Please note that in some cases, if the website's system prevents or rejects the transaction, you must contact us to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

For physical items (boxes, USB’s, etc.), your order will be sent via Royal Mail 24 or Special Delivery.

Delivery is made during weekdays; orders before 4:00pm are sent the same day, while orders made after 4:00pm are sent the next day.
